SHIPPING POLICY

Australia Wide Shipping:

Free Shipping on orders over $150 for Australian residents/customers only.

Free shipping over $150 does NOT include wholesale orders as these orders are offered at a heavily discounted rate and shipping is priced on location and weight and quoted accordingly

 

Orders will be packed within 3-4 days of purchase (expect a little longer during public holidays, sales and new stock drops etc.)

 

All shipping is conducted via Fastway or Australia Post and is calculated by a flat rate as below.

Western Australia, Standard Shipping - $10.00

Australian Eastern States - $15

Standard shipping times- 7-10 working days

Fastway does not currently offer an express or guaranteed overnight delivery service.

New Zealand Shipping:

 

All shipping to New Zealand is conducted by Australia Post and is calculated by weight at the checkout (delivery costs starting from $19.50. Please see their website for more information www.Auspost.com.au

Approximate shipping time (6+ Working days)

New Zealand customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes/fees charged.  As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend you contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside the NZ.

 

 

 

Unfortunately due to COVID-19, shipping to international customers has a max weight limit up to 2.5kg.

 

It gets crazy expensive with anything heavier, we apologize for the inconvenience.

 

 

 

 

United States:

 

All shipping to United States of America is conducted by Australia Post and is calculated by weight at the checkout (delivery costs starting from

All shipping to the United Kingdom is conducted by Australia Post and is calculated by weight at the checkout (delivery costs starting from

Tracking Your Orders:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your reference.  Please note, that your candles and items are packaged with the utmost of care and protection, once packages have been dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit or delivery issues that may occur.

COVID 19 delays:

Due to COVID 19, please allow for 3-4 business days + delivery time on-top of the standard expected time frame of all deliveries.  Once your package has been sent, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

 

Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges:

All items purchased from Ivy Rose Crystals & Candles are hand-picked and made carefully with love and care.  Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to you, however, from time to time, your items may get damaged in transit, if this is the case, please contact us at info@ivyrosecrystals.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.  Please note that all refunds, exchanges and store credits are at the discretion of Ivy Rose Crystals & Candles.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and change of mind after purchase.

Fragrance Choices and Exchanges:

Whilst we understand it is hard to know what your candle will smell like, please choose your fragrance carefully, as we will not refund or exchange due to the dislike of a fragrance.  Please read our Fragrance Range to get a better description of the scents.
