Do you offer local pickup?


Yes!! For all our local Perth customers! The pick up suburb is in Tapping, just select the pick up option in checkout and we will send you the address and pick up details once your order is ready.




Do you have Afterpay?


Afterpay is coming very soon..




How long until my order is dispatched?


Orders are packed within 3-4 days of purchase (expect longer during Christmas, Public Holidays and new stock drops, ect.) You will recieve an email with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.




How long will delivery take?


Please see our SHIPPING info for estimated delivery times. Please note, there are significant delays nationally and internationally due to COVID-19.




Do you ship Internationally?


We only ship to New Zealand. Unfortunately due to COVID the prices and delays are to expensive and long. Hopefully in the future we can resume shipping internationally.




How do I care for my candles?

Will my crystals be ok in the candle whilst it is burning?


All crystals are heat treated so they are fine to be near heat. Your crystals will be totally safe in the candle whilst its burning. The crystals will sink into the liquified wax and once the candle has been extinguished the wax will cover up the crystals, then when you burn it again they will re-appear. You are more than welcome to remove the larger crystals before you first use the candle, if you so wish. please read our CANDLE CARE for more information regarding removing the crystals.




What wax do you use?


we use 100% soy wax and cotton plant wicks. Free from all nasties and vegan friendly




Can I request custom made candles?


Yes you can!! Please email info@ivyrosecrystals.com Pease note that you can only choose from the fragrances and crystals that we have in stock and prices will vary depending on the crystals you choose. See our fragrance page for the available choices and details. All custom-made candles will be made in our 300ml Cambridge glass tumblers and contain 270ml of wax and fragrance (unless agreed otherwise) please allow for up to a 10 day turn around for the custom-made candles before being ready for dispatch, then shipping times as per our shipping info.




Do you sell wholesale?

Do you use essential oils?


We do have essential oils yes, we only offer these for custom made candles and upon request. These candles will be a little bit more expensive (generally $2-3 more) depending on the crystals and oils used. Email us at info@ivyrosecrystals.com for any requests
